Responsibilities:
	Responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to customers, including requirements analysis, product promotion and trainings, system evaluation, schematic review, prototype debug, production problem analysis, acting promptly to any technical issues the customers may have.
	Communicate with customers, build good relationship, collecting feedbacks, work with engineering team to improve our products. 
	Aggressive in capturing new designs. Collaborate with sales and market teams to penetrate focused accounts. Consolidate customers’ requirements for new product definition.

Qualification:
	Experiences with DVB industry technology is a must.数字视频广播；数字视频带宽；数字视频广播技术；
	Experienced with hardware development in Set-Top Box is a must.
	Experienced with test and analyzing equipments, such as oscilloscopes and power supplies and spectrum analyzer.示波器，频谱分析仪，电源
	 Have good knowledge on C programming is a must.
	Able to analyze and resolve problems independently.
	Good presentation skill in both writing and verbal.
	Able to read and write documents in English.
	A good team-player with open-minded and proactive working style.
	BSEE with 3+ years of design and technical support experience.
