Responsibilities:
 
●     5+ years of experience with e-commerce, consumer or b2b web site companies.
●     Good understanding of Web/Saas business application
●     Drive collaboration with many sets of internal and external stakeholders.
●     Expertise in HTML, CSS, DOM, be able to work on highly dynamic sites with a lot of interactive pieces.
●     Good at Java/JSP/Hibernate/Struts/Spring/MySql
●     Must be able to quickly implement the prototype pages in HTML+CSS base on the design images.
●     Must be able to implement the back-end java code (e.g. Struts action, spring beans, business beans, web services, etc.) with good quality.
●     Expert level understanding of cross-browser development compatibility.
 
Requirements:
 
●     At least four-years of UX design/HCI experience in industry.
●     Demonstrated ability to design complex and large-scale websites.
●     Professional, team player with strong interpersonal skills.
●     Passion for taking research findings and translating them into tangible designs.
●     Strong design sensibilities (typographic, grid, motion, and color theory skills) and attention to detail.
●     Expertise with design deliverables including interactive prototyping, wireframes, mockups, etc.
●     Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field or other related area with equivalent technical work experience.
●     Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
●     Test-driven development experience necessary, is responsible for his own unit tests.
