EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a assistant research engineer, you are expected to do the followings: 
•Assist topic lead and  research  engineer  in daily research work

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
•Master or above degree in computer science, software engineering, statistics, mathematics, or relevant information technology area
•Fluent in oral and written English
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•Innovative thinking with good sense of customer focus and business acumen
•Good knowledge of Unix/Linux system architecture, database, and C/C++/Java
 programming language
•Having software engineering fundamentals with good analytic and problem solving skills;
•Ability to translate business problems to technical problems;
•Good communication skills, being capable of aligning with topic lead and research team


WORK  EXPERIENCE
•Fresh graduate or people with a couple of years 1 software development  experience;
•Any securities trading system product R&D management experience is appreciated;
•Any scientific/research project experience is appreciated;
•Any architecture design is appreciated
