Wifi system algorithm specialist 
The guy should be versed in the physical layer algorithm of Wifi devices;
   He or she must have many work experience (at least 5 years) on how to get the high performance of Wifi device. 
He or she must have debugging experience for at least one mass-produced top-grade 11b/a/g/n device. 
He or she should have many experiences about design AGC, CCA, Channel estimation, Equalizer, MIMO, AFC algorithm for 11b/a/g/n device. The performance of algorithms should be simulated in Matlab or C+ language and verified by products. 
He or she also can analyze performance related issues for Wifi products; give correct and useful guides to software, hardware and RF engineers. 
If he or she has 11ac system work experience, the guy is the better candidate. 
He or she had better has an EE education background of first-rate universities in China or the World, be honest, open and team-work. 
精通WiFi设备的物理层算法；
有至少5年工作经验, 对如何获得高性能的WiFi设备有很深理解。
有至少一个大规模生产的高档11b／A／G／N设备调试经验。
对设计AGC， CCA，信道估计，均衡器，MIMO，11B / A／G／N装置AFC算法 有经验很有经验。算法的性能可在Matlab或C＋＋语言模拟和产品验证。
可以分析WiFi产品性能相关的问题；对软件，硬件和射频工程师 给出正确的和有用的指导。
有11ac系统的工作经验，更好。
最好EE的教育背景，诚实，开放和团队工作。
