RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)	Managing a verification team for complex Soc projects
2)	Soc verification methodology/flow buildup and maintenance
3)	Developing comprehensive test plan for projects
4)	Verification status and quality management
5)	Test cases development, coverage analysis and improvement
6)	Verification environment (tools/scripts/makefiles) development/maintenance/enhancement
REQUIREMENT
1)	Deep understanding on ASIC/SOC（专用集成电路／单片上系统） design and verification flow
2)	Exellent management skill for verification tasks
3)	Excellent knowledge of advanced verification methodology, UVM and VMM（ＵＶＭ，芯片验证工具软件,VMM）. 
4)	Successful experience on leading complex Soc chip verification
5)	ARM Cortex-A （ARM处理器的一个分支的名字）series chip verification experience is a strong plus
6)	Proficiency in System Verilog, System C, C/C++
7)	Skilled in scripting language,such as Perl,C shell, Makefile
