Key Responsibilities:
-	Understand the customer pain points, analyze the market needs, design and develop the solution blueprint that align with the broader business goals in an innovative fashion through objective assessment on the customer’s existing business imperatives and IT investments.
-	Build up industrial know-how and in-depth understanding of market requirements to define common scenarios, provide architecture design, and translate the business requirements into engineering specification in order to guide and oversee the engineering resources to develop the key solutions / solution components. 
-	Provide extensive solution consulting experiences and industrial best practices in order to best position our technical solutions at the executive level, win a trusted relationship with government and influence its adoption of technologies and platforms
-	Support the market development activities to help qualifying the right opportunities, contribute to the proposal development, and coordinate the engineering resources to perform proof of concept (POC) projects in order to win the customers

Qualification and Experience:
-	Bachelor’s degree or above required
-	Rich experience on Big Data techniques
-	At least 6 year related IT working experience including business and technology consulting, solution and architecture design, application development and system implementation. 
-	Demonstrate the significant working experiences in at least one specialization from the three categories below:
	Industry: Public Sector, T&T, Energy & Utilities, Retail, eCommerce, Telco, and FSI
	Technology: Public and Private Cloud, Enterprise Data Platform, Business Analytics, Big Data and Enterprise Application Integration
