Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications and factors for success:
Currently holding a major IT company’s engineering director position or 3-4 years of engineering Sr. manager experience
BS, MS or PhD, Computer Science or similar
Proven record of leading and managing of big engineering teams; know how to train, mentor and grow talents
Proven record of leading successful major Cloud or Internet product releases; know how to identify and mitigate risks
Know how to define big picture and plan, yet down to earth and details in execution with well thought and systematic approaches.
Extensive and deep knowledge of main stream enterprise Cloud or internet development and QA lift cycle, methodologies, tools. Some mix of development and QA experience and background is a plus.
Experience and skills of at least one of the following is required: Cloud or similar technologies; distributed systems; high performance & high availability systems. 
Fluent English and Chinese communication skills; outstanding inter-person and influencing skills
Familiar with multi-site, multi-time-zone work environments
