BS Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. MS preferred.
● 10+ years technical experience in software architecture and engineering.
● 5+ years management experience, including experience managing development teams.
● Experience with secure coding practices, thread modeling, and vulnerability assessment.
● Working experience with ERP, CRM or OSS applications suite preferred.
● Thorough knowledge of Java, JSP, HTML, XML, application servers, and Eclipse development tools.
Able to design and implement highly-scalable multi-tenant applications using technologies like J2EE, Hibernate, Struts, MySQL/Oracle.
