PV manager

The ideal candidate should demonstrate past implementations or experiences in wireless RAN products/solutions verification/validation. These products can range from base-station to mobile phone in LTE network or WCDMA/UMTS network (CDMA is also acceptable). The technology and functionality involved include LTE or WCDMA/UMTS layer 2-3 protocols and Core Network protocols. The candidate should demonstrate technical understanding in these products and technologies, preferably from individual and managed team’s technical accomplishments in the past track records.
 
The successful candidate should have:
•	Ability to establish and maintain credibility with a technical team of engineers quickly. 
•	Past strong technical accomplishments as an individual contributor and in the communications industry. 
•	Advanced technical knowledge and track records of software product verification expertise and disciplines. Experience in Agile process is desirable. 
•	Solid leadership skills and management experiences in building and motivating engineering team. 
•	Excellent project planning and management skills and proven track records. Ability to prioritize and negotiate to balance business objectives and available resources. Ability to manage risks effectively. Sensitivity and ability to lead the team to achieve customer requirements and business objectives effectively & efficiently. 
•	Personal attributes: creativity and independent problem solver, drive for results and not a follower, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, collaboration skills, ability to deal with ambiguous/conflicting objectives. Customer acumen. Continuous improvements mindset. Change management.
