•	Possesses the technical skills, knowledge, and ability to manage the technical aspects of a product area, often including a series of discrete components.
•	Plays an active role in defining and delivering the technical business strategy of Irdeto business.
•	Excellent (English) communicative skills in presentation, negotiation and writing
•	Ability to work independently with third parties
•	Strong creative skills
•	Able to work on multiple projects in parallel
•	Strong knowledge of Content Security, security, encryption and key management
•	Highly self-motivated person able to drive projects forward with limited input
•	Ability to provide people, technical guidance and coaching to teams
•	Ability to work in a fast changing, highly dynamic, geographically dispersed environment
•	Willingness to put in extra effort when required and ability to cope with demanding situations, tight deadlines, and peaks in work load
•	International travel will be required
Required Experience
•	5 years+ Technical Product Management and Product Life Cycle Management experience within a similar technology environment
•	5 years+ in Digital TV or OTT domain is prefered
